Lorenzo Fioramonti and Patrick Kimunguyi published a paper titled "Public and Elite Views on Europe vs. China in Africa" in the March 2011 issue of The International Spectator. Fioramonti is a research fellow at the University of Pretoria and Kimunguyi is a fellow at Monash University in Australia.
