Egypt`s ElBaradei warns of turmoil from Morsi decree

Prominent opposition leader Mohammed ElBaradei warned Saturday of increasing turmoil in Egypt unless President Mohamed Morsi rescinds his new, sweeping powers, after judicial authorities announced they would strike in response to the decrees.
