Tanks deployed in Cairo after deadly overnight clashes

Egypt's army deployed tanks outside Cairo's presidential palace on Thursday following overnight clashes between supporters and opponents of Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, which killed at least three people, according to the Interior Ministry.
