4 arrested for diverting K2.6m Fisp fertiliser

Police in Lilongwe have arrested four men for being found with 200 bags of subsidized fertiliser, which was supposed to be delivered at an Admarc depot in the district. Lilongwe police spokesperson Kingsley Dandaula identified the four as Kefasi Mbalame,27,Kavala Mulli,28, Idrissa Makwinja, 25, and Richard Ngozo,28.
