Protesters surge around Egypt's presidential palace

Thousands of protesters surged around the presidential palace in Egypt's capital Cairo on Friday as the opposition rejected President Mohammed Morsi's call for dialogue to end a crisis that has sparked deadly clashes and left the country divided.
