[IDS]As African and European leaders gather in Brussels at the 4th EU-Africa Summit to discuss ways to stimulate growth and create jobs in Africa, the UK Secretary of State Justine Greening launched a new project that will evaluate the effects of China and the UK's trade policies on economic and development outcomes in Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia and Nigeria at a high-level meeting in Beijing.
