Biden Warns Russia Against Further Provocation

Biden's remarks come on the same day as funerals for men shot during a raid on a checkpoint manned by pro-Russian separatists near the town of Sloviansk. Despite last week's international agreement, pro-Russian separatists have failed to evacuate buildings that they have seized. Biden called on Moscow to encourage the separatists to abandon their positions in eastern Ukraine and accept Kiev's offer of amnesty.
