PayPal has extended its online payment system to Nigeria, Belarus, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Monaco, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire,  Zimbabwe, and Paraguay for the first time. Before now, these countries were completely blocked from the party.... Read more
