South Sudan marks its third anniversary of independence on Wednesday engulfed by a worsening refugee crisis. More than a million people have been internally displaced and 400,000 have fled the country since a political rift spiralled into conflict in December. Humanitarian agencies say almost 4 million people are in urgent need of food, and there are fears that some parts of the country could descend into famine by August
