Poll: Overwhelming Majority Of Americans Think U.S. Is Losing The War On Drugs

Only 7 percent of Americans think the U.S. is winning the War on Drugs, while 82 percent think we are losing, according to a new Rasmussen survey. The national telephone survey was conducted on Nov. 9 and 10, days after two states passed ballot initiatives that legalize and regulate recreational marijuana.
