Egypt's Morsi says new powers are 'temporary'

Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi's recent decree giving him sweeping powers is "temporary," the president's office said on Sunday. The president will meet with the Supreme Judicial Council on Monday to discuss the decree, state media said.
