Oprah Winfrey visits the set of ABC's hit TV drama Scandal, and sits down with star Kerry Washington, the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, and also Judy Smith, the real-life inspiration for Kerry's character, Olivia Pope. Scheduled to air this Sunday, December 9, at 9/8c, only on OWN. Watch the promo below:
