Susan Rice and Africa

From Hamish In Auckland Wed Dec 5 2012, 19:04:00

Howard French has written an excellent biography on the career of Susan Rice to date. I am not a fan of seeing Rice elevated to the role of Secretary of State. I will avoid comment in the post as it is quite long enough without my two cents.
