China and Conflict in East Africa

Peter Bosshard of International Rivers argued in China Dialogue on 14 January 2013 that Chinese support for the Gibe III dam in Ethiopia could fuel regional conflict between Ethiopia and Kenya. His piece titled "Chinese Loans Could Fuel Regional Conflict in East Africa" makes this case.
