America's richest man, Bill Gates is one of a group of international investors acquiring a stake in OCI NV, an Egyptian construction and fertilizer company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orascom Construction Industries, SAE (OCI) controlled by Egyptian billionaire Nassef Sawiris.
