US Policy on Crisis in Mali

Inter Press Service published an article by Jim Lobe on 30 January 2013 titled "Washington Urged to Stress Diplomacy in Mali." The article quotes my views that the Mali crisis cries out for a political solution and taking into account the concerns of the Tuaregs.
