Our first Advocacy in Action event in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was both fun and rewarding! Co-Congressional District Leader (CDL) Johnna Miller and I were joined by fellow ONE members at our local Ruby Tuesday to talk about ONE and our efforts. The manager at Ruby Tuesday was very accommodating and gave us a larger table, where we set up our ONE bands and materials, so we were easy to spot. It was great meeting other local ONE members - Paul, Megan and Pat - as we began by sharing delicious appetizers and getting to know each other a bit better.
