Shaun is a good-sounding name I think; very international, and it fits into the Anglo-Saxon tradition quite well. It was only when I migrated to Europe that I started having doubts. ' How come you have such a typically Irish name?' is a question I'm frequently asked. I often think that the underlying question usually is, 'don't they have names where you come from?'
