I have nothing rational, insightful or new to say. I simply don't understand. The parade of death we are experiencing is unconscionable. I don't understand how this is okay. I simply don't. This is not 1968. This is 2014. We are intellectualizing & typing and the murder of Black people is matching our output. The culture is stuck in 1965 when it comes to race relations. It is the last time racism was truly addressed in this country. So, we keep playing out that narrative. But, it's been twisted and bastardized. My hope is that new types of activism spring up. What worked in the 1960's may not work in 2014. There are so many ways to practice non-violent, civil disobedience. Study other...
